In a worldwide voting process, Dr. Carlos M. Chang has been elected as the President of the International Society for Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Transport Infrastructure (iSMARTi) for the next four years. The mission of iSMARTi is to foster international cooperation among engineers, scientists, and professionals across various disciplines. At the core of this mission is the global dissemination, advancement, and effective implementation of knowledge in infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation.
