| Civil Engineer from the National University of Engineering, Master of Science and PhD. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tokyo and Post-Doctorate at the University of Chiba, Japan. He has held the positions of Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Executive President of the National Training Service for the Construction Industry – SENCICO, General Director of the Peruvian-Japanese Center for Seismic Research and Disaster Mitigation – CISMID. Member of the Board of Directors of the Lima Potable Water and Sewerage Service – SEDAPAL and of the Board of Directors of the National Fund for the Financing of State Entrepreneurial Activity – FONAFE, member of the Research Committee of the Research Institute of the FIC, Head of the Academic Department of Roads and Geomatics of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the UNI, member of the Board of Directors of the Civil Engineering Chapter of the College of Engineers of Peru, Departmental Council of Lima. He is currently a professor of the Master’s Degree in Transportation and Disaster Risk Management at the Graduate School of UNI and at the undergraduate schools of Civil Engineering (FIC) of UNI and Ricardo Palma University, Principal Investigator of the Peruvian-Japanese Center for Seismic Research and Disaster Mitigation CISMID – UNI, representative of UNI to the Peruvian Network for Asia-Pacific Studies REDAP, second Vice President of the Peruvian Society of Earthquake Engineering and Tsunami. Researcher registered in RENACYT with dozens of research papers and scientific publications related to geospatial information management. President of the Peruvian Association of Former JICA Peru Scholarship Holders – APEBEJA. Decorated with the Order of Engineering by the College of Engineers of Peru and recognized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency – JICA. |
