| Civil engineer and master’s degree from the University of Idaho in the United States with more than 15 years of experience in projects in Peru, Mexico, Canada and the United States. Co-author of the AASHTO Highway Safety Manual 2010 and the MTC Road Safety Manual 2017. He currently works at TRANSIS in a diversity of road engineering projects at national and international level in geometric design, road safety, traffic engineering and sustainable mobility. Mario was the first road safety auditor certified by the International Road Federation in Latin America. | |||
