Bradley Sant is the senior vice president of safety and education for the American Road & Transportation Builders Association where he oversees safety training and education programs, the National Work Zone Safety Information Clearinghouse and various federal safety contracts. Previously, Brad served in director roles at the International Association of Fire Fighters; the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO; and the National Resource Center for OSHA Training.

Safety Business Developer and Training Manager at ARTBA USA

Robinson Vasquez has worked in The American Road and Transportation Builders Association  – ARTBA – as a safety Training & Business Development manager since 2012. He is responsible for various safety training contracts, co-author several safety training courses, and provides safety training in English and Spanish. He is also the liaison with the Hispanic community in the USA and Latin America. Before joining ARTBA, Robinson served as an attorney, specializing in labor and construction law in his native Peru. Robinson graduated cum laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, earning his law degree in 1993.

Dr. Chang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Florida International University (FIU). He is recognized as an international expert on asset management, infrastructure management, knowledge management, pavement management, pavement evaluation and design. His main research interest is on asset management with emphasis on sustainable “smart” infrastructure systems for a better quality of life. Dr. Chang worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), Associate Researcher at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI).
