Robinson Vasquez has worked in The American Road and Transportation Builders Association – ARTBA – as a safety Training & Business Development manager since 2012. He is responsible for various safety training contracts, co-author several safety training courses, and provides safety training in English and Spanish. He is also the liaison with the Hispanic community in the USA and Latin America. Before joining ARTBA, Robinson served as an attorney, specializing in labor and construction law in his native Peru. Robinson graduated cum laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, earning his law degree in 1993. In 2009, he graduated with a master’s in law from Brigham Young University, got his MBA in 2011 from the University of Utah, and obtained his Certificate of Instructional Training – CIT and the Safety Trained Supervisor Construction – STSC from the BCSP in 2023. He is also a qualified ARTBA, OSHA, and NSC instructor. With this background, Robinson provides a unique legal and business perspective on OSH risk management, as safety and health are human rights for workers and profitable investments for employers. |
