He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1984), a degree in Technology in Civil Construction from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo (1977), a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (1991), and a doctorate in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (1999). He is currently Adjunct Professor II at the School of Engineering of Mackenzie Presbyterian University and Guest Professor at the Post-Graduation Program in Transportation Engineering of the State University of Campinas. He has experience in the Transportation Engineering field, with emphasis on Highways, Airports, Railways; Project and Construction.
